New Balance's next Made in UK 991v2 is heading to Bergamo. Per Sole Retriever, the New Balance 991v2 Made in UK "Atalanta BC" is a collab with the Serie A club, and it's slated for Holiday 2026. No exact date or price yet, so treat the timing as reported for now. We'll update this post once New Balance confirms.
The colors are the conversation starter. Instead of loading up the club's black and blue stripes, the shoe goes with creamy pale yellow suede across the toe and side panels, black mesh in the gaps, and grey support panels running from the toe to the collar. Light blue shows up on the "N", the midsole pods and the Atalanta hit on the tongue, and the team crest lands on the insoles. Fullress lists it as U991AT2 "Yellow/Black-Blue" for winter.
Our take: soccer and sneakers have been joined at the hip all year, and this is the grown-up version of that trend. It's not a jersey glued to a shoe. It's a Flimby-built 991v2 in a butter-and-sky-blue mix you'd wear even if you couldn't name a single Atalanta player.
