We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to create a return label and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns
Refunds for returns are given in the form of store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers credit card processing, administrative, and labor costs. All costs associated with returns are shown in the return/exchange portal prior to customer submitting the request.
Exchanges
Customer is responsible for costs to ship the item back to Oneness, and cost to ship new item back to customer. All costs associated with exchanges are shown in the return/exchange portal prior to customer submitting the request.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. On items that are not Final Sale, there is a "cancel your order" button in the order confirmation email that you may use in the first 6 hours. Alternatively, you may cancel your order by emailing an order cancellation request to info@onenessboutique.com at any time prior to the order being shipped. In cases where payment has been captured and/or the order has been packaged and placed in outgoing shipping, there will be a 5% restocking fee to cover credit card processing and administrative fees.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales of special release items (i.e. any product with a release/launch date anywhere online or in the product description on our site), Items that state they are not eligible for return in the product description, items marked down on our website, items discounted via use of a discount code, and anything else marked FINAL SALE are nonrefundable, i.e. unable to be returned, exchanged, or canceled for any reason other than the receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit within 10 business days.

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs, unless the item is being returned because of a Oneness fulfillment error.
Any products returned to our facility without prior contact being made via our online return portal, or to a Oneness retail associate or store management will not be honored; product will be restocked into our inventory and NO REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED. Again, any 'blind' returns shipped to our facility without prior contact made to our facility WILL NOT BE HONORED.
All customers agree to our refund & returns policy once they visit onenessboutique.com. Oneness is legally covered by having this page visibly linked at the footer of every page of onenessboutique.com.
All shipping fees are non-refundable, including original shipping and return shipping.
THE USE OF ANY ROBOT, SPIDER, OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IN THE EVENT WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT ANY ORDER OR ATTEMPTED ORDER WAS MADE BY OR THROUGH USE OF ANY ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE HAVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO DENY OR CANCEL ANY SUCH ORDER, TO REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS, AND/OR TO CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES. 5% FEE ON ALL CANCELLED ORDER REQUESTS.
