Polo Ralph Lauren brought its women’s Spring 2027 collection back to Paris Fashion Week with a presentation on October 2. Ralph Lauren previewed it on its official channels as “classic silhouettes and vibrant sophistication.”
As Vogue Runway reports, Karen Brown Brody, senior brand creative director for women’s Polo and RLX, wanted “a bit more of an American summer.” The woman she pictures travels and picks up jewelry and straw bags along the way, but the clothes stay rooted in Polo’s classics. Tailoring goes two ways. Some pieces are narrower and cropped (“a little more shrunken and a little more slender”) and others are relaxed, with wide trousers, shorts and fuller skirts. Chino shorts are rolled high with the shirt tail hanging out, and madras scarves are twisted into belts.
The signatures get reworked too. A blue-and-cream cable-knit sweater runs to the ankle and turns into crochet at the bottom. A white polo shirt becomes a full-length dress. Heavier piqué is cut into fitted jackets. Colors include cobalt, coral, red and purple against washed neutrals, along with madras, checks, florals, washed linen, crochet, printed calf hair and raffia.
Accessories: the Blaze bag comes in several shapes, including a new clutch, alongside the ID bag and raffia styles. Polo’s smoking-slipper-inspired loafers return in new suede and leather colors. Ralph Lauren says the looks are styled with jewelry by Piki Wadsworth (Diné/Hopi), Leon (Diné/Navajo), Val Martinez (San Felipe Pueblo & Zuni Pueblo) and T.Skies through its Authentic Makers program.
