Shanghai streetwear label DOE has teamed up with Crocs, and it skipped the bright colors and charms. The DOE x Crocs Echo Clog II comes in a muted off-white with a digital camo print and a few chrome-plated details, so it looks less like a pool shoe and more like something a sci-fi courier would wear between deliveries.
DOE built it around its "BE FORMLESS" motto and its home city, and the design does have a modular, techwear streak. The upper has a detachable elastic drawstring, and the adjustable heel strap comes off too. Clip it to DOE's velvet dust bag and the strap becomes a handle, so the bag turns into a small handbag. A clog that doubles as a purse wasn't on our 2026 bingo card, but here we are.
Our take: the Echo Clog II's chunky, sculpted shape works best with a quiet color, and the low-saturation camo keeps it interesting without getting loud. Of all the Crocs collabs this season, this is one you could actually wear with a full outfit. The strap-to-handbag trick is a gimmick, but a clever one.
