NEEDLES and ts(s) are back for a second winter, and this time the whole thing is tweed. NEPENTHES has posted the NEEDLES x ts(s) Fall/Winter 2026 collaboration, releasing Saturday, November 7 at 11:30 AM Japan time (9:30 PM ET on Friday, November 6) at NEPENTHES stores and the NEPENTHES online store.
The lineup takes NEEDLES staples and cuts them in a brown check tweed: the Track Jacket (¥94,600), the H.D. Track Pant (¥24,200), a Casquette (¥20,900) and a Bucket Hat (¥19,800), plus an Unpair Sock (¥1,980). Fullress describes it as a "crazy pattern" setup, and the NEPENTHES lookbook shows why, with the jacket in plain tweed and in a version with navy sleeves and stripes, the butterfly logo stitched on the chest, and the H.D. pants with their track stripe running through the check. Last November's team-up was a moleskin Arrow Jacket and Tucked Baggy, per NEPENTHES, so this one goes from workwear to something closer to a country estate.
Our take: a track jacket in tweed shouldn't work, which is exactly why it does. This is the NEEDLES formula of taking a sports shape and dressing it up until it looks like a grandpa's blazer. The H.D. Track Pant is the easy pick at that price, and the Casquette is for anyone who wants their outfit to look like it owns horses.
