Kurt Narmore started Noon Goons in LA because nobody was making clothes that looked like the surf and skate world he actually grew up in. The Paris promo tee runs that Southern California attitude through a black multi-color print. Designed and made in the Downtown LA Fashion District, same as everything the label does.
