Raffle Purchases — Final Sale
By submitting an EQL raffle entry, you commit to purchasing the product if your entry is selected and authorize payment of the total shown at entry.
Successful raffle purchases cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for a change of mind, changed personal or financial circumstances, an incorrect size selected at entry, or a win from another retailer — even if the order has not shipped.
Winning entries allocate limited inventory that would otherwise be available to other participants and incur payment-processing costs. Please confirm your size, shipping details, and ability to complete the purchase before entering.
The ordinary cancellation window, cancellation or restocking fees, and return or store-credit options do not provide a cancellation or return option for raffle purchases. Refusing delivery, failing to collect a package, or returning it without authorization does not by itself cancel a raffle purchase or create a right to a refund or store credit. This raffle policy takes precedence over general change-of-mind cancellation, return, exchange, and refused-delivery provisions. It does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights, or remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
Other Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. On items that are not Final Sale, there is a "cancel your order" button in the order confirmation email that you may use in the first 6 hours. For eligible items that are not final sale or raffle purchases, you may also request cancellation by emailing an order cancellation request to info@onenessboutique.com at any time prior to the order being shipped.
Final Sale items may not be cancelled.
Heads up: We don’t offer refunds or returns for damaged, dented, or crushed shoe boxes. With the number of sneakers we ship out, it’s just not possible to guarantee every box arrives in perfect shape — but rest assured, all pairs are brand new and 100% authentic.
