Tetsu Nishiyama Buffer just tagged a Chuck. The new Tokyo label — from the HUMAN MADE orbit creative director — partners with Converse on a black All Star Hi printed with BOMBING graphics, plus a tight run of sweats, a beanie, a shoulder strap, and stickers meant to finish the tag yourself.

Hypebeast and UP TO DATE both surfaced the capsule on September 22-23. The shoe keeps the All Star Hi silhouette intact and lets surface graphics do the work: Buffer remixes after-school street noise — spray tags, corner signage, everyday packaging — into compositions that treat the black canvas like a wall. Buffer-script lace print and tongue labeling lock the credit without a giant co-brand slap.

Apparel extends the same idea. Buffer frames the full kit as a uniform for unstructured city time — wander, hang, find a new scene. Release lands September 26, 2026 through Buffer (price and SKU still TBC as of this desk pass).
